Privacy Policy
This policy describes the ad-free version of MindShift: Think Beyond, version 1.0.0, package com.mindshift.games.
Information processed on your device
MindShift stores puzzle progress, star ratings, earned and spent game coins, hint usage, unlocked and equipped items, daily challenge dates and rewards, and sound, music, vibration and language preferences on your device. This information lets the game save your progress and settings. Game coins have no cash value.
Device motion
One puzzle can use accelerometer readings to recognize device orientation. Motion readings are processed during gameplay on your device and are not stored in your save file or transmitted to us. A touch gesture alternative is available.
Collection and sharing
The game does not require an account and does not transmit personal information, gameplay records or motion readings to the publisher. It includes no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs and no real-money purchase functionality. We do not sell or share player information for advertising. The game does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or photos. Core gameplay works offline.
Retention and deletion
Progress and preferences remain in local app storage until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Android automatic backup is disabled for this release. Device-to-device transfer behavior may vary by device manufacturer. There is no publisher-operated cloud save or account to delete. Clearing local storage can permanently remove your progress.
Support communications
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you include. We use it only to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Support messages are handled through our email provider, retained only as needed for support and applicable legal obligations, and are not used for advertising. Please avoid sending sensitive information. You may request deletion of support correspondence using the contact above, subject to legal retention requirements.
Platform services
Google Play and your device operating system may process installation, diagnostics or other platform information under their own privacy policies and your device settings. This policy describes the game; it does not replace platform policies. We do not operate the platform services.
Children's privacy
The game has no account, chat or user-upload feature. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the game. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information through a support message, please contact us so we can address it.
Security
Local data is kept in app storage protected by operating-system safeguards. No method of storage is completely secure. We do not operate a server storing game progress.
Changes
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The effective date will be updated. Any future advertising, online features or purchases will require an updated policy and relevant store disclosures before release.
