Who we are and scope
MobiKraft provides Fusion Puzzle for Android and iOS, application identifier com.blockblaster.fusion.game. This policy explains local game storage, optional Google Analytics for Firebase, and support communications. Effective and last updated October 26, 2026. Contact: hello@mobikraft.dev. Local game data
Progress, earned coins, inventory, cosmetic selections, mission and reward records, saved games, and audio and accessibility preferences are stored on your device to run the game. There is no player account or developer-operated cloud-save service. We do not upload your full save file. If you allow analytics, the limited usage and level-result information described below is sent separately.
Optional Firebase Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google, to understand how the game is used, evaluate level difficulty and improve the game. Analytics collection is off until you select Allow analytics in the in-app choice or enable Usage analytics in Settings. You can decline without losing access to any gameplay features. Your choice is stored on the device and can be changed at any time in Settings > Privacy & analytics.
Analytics data and purpose
With your permission, the SDK can collect app-instance and installation-related identifiers, app version, device model, operating-system version, language, session and engagement information, limited SDK operational diagnostics such as request/error status metadata, and automatically generated app events such as first open and app updates. The game also sends level-start and level-end events containing level number, game mode, completion result and score. Google processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver the service and derive approximate geographic information such as country or city. We do not request GPS or precise-location permissions. This data is used for analytics and product improvement, not personalized advertising.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, date of birth, account credentials, contacts, photos, microphone recordings or payment details through gameplay. We do not set a custom Analytics user ID, send free-text player input or upload full saved games. This release has no advertisements, in-app purchases, subscriptions or Crashlytics integration. Advertising-ID collection and advertising-consent categories are disabled. The iOS Analytics dependency excludes advertising-ID support; IDFV collection is also disabled.
Google as a service provider
When analytics is enabled, usage information is transmitted to Google over encrypted connections and may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under applicable Google terms and data-protection arrangements. MobiKraft accesses Analytics reports to improve Fusion Puzzle. We do not sell personal data or use analytics for cross-app advertising. Consent and legal basis
Where consent is required for optional analytics, we rely on your affirmative choice before enabling collection. You may withdraw consent in Settings; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Local game storage is used to provide the game you request. Support messages are handled to respond to your request and, where applicable, meet legal obligations or our legitimate interest in providing support.
Retention
Local progress remains until you reset progress, clear app storage or remove the app, subject to operating-system backups. Analytics event and user-level data is retained according to the Google Analytics property retention settings and Google service policies; aggregated reports may have different retention periods. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to respond, resolve the issue and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us with retention or deletion questions.
Disable analytics and deletion choices
Turn off Usage analytics in Settings to stop collection and clear Analytics data and the app-instance identifier stored locally by the SDK. A later opt-in can generate a new identifier. This local reset does not automatically delete data already received by Google or aggregated reports. Reset progress is a separate control: it clears local game progress while keeping audio, accessibility and analytics preferences. To request access, correction or deletion of support or analytics information that we can reasonably identify, email hello@mobikraft.dev. We may need limited additional information to locate records; because no player account exists, we may be unable to associate a request with historical pseudonymous analytics records. We do not require a new account to exercise privacy rights.
Backups and device controls
Your operating system may back up local app data according to your device settings. MobiKraft does not receive these device backups. Manage or delete backups separately using your platform settings. Audio playback and optional haptics are controlled by your game and device settings.
Support email and external websites
If you contact hello@mobikraft.dev, we receive your email address and the information you voluntarily provide and use it to help you. Do not send passwords or sensitive information. Website and email links open an external browser or mail app only when selected. The MobiKraft website has its own privacy notice and hosting practices; those are separate from game analytics.
Age and children
Fusion Puzzle is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Optional analytics requires an affirmative in-app choice; where local law requires parental authorization, a parent or guardian should make that choice. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Your regional rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact hello@mobikraft.dev to exercise applicable rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not discriminate against players who decline analytics.
Security and policy changes
We use limited event fields and encrypted Analytics transport to reduce data exposure, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. We will update this notice when our practices change and obtain new consent where required. The current policy is available offline in Settings and as a public HTML page supplied by MobiKraft.
